For a picnic I love to pour my cooler into individual jars with tight fitting lids. With the top off, keep them in the freezer for an hour or so before your picnic, they will help to keep the rest of the food for your picnic cold and will have thawed just enough for you to enjoy a nice cold beverage.

1. Don’t use metal utensils, instead use wooden or heat proof silicon utensils. 2. Don’t use aerosol non-stick spray, instead use a drizzle of oil or a hand pump spray. 3. Don’t put them in the dishwasher or use hard abrasives for washing.
