Serves 6
This is summer in a bite to me. You can make a few hours ahead of time and bake 30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 cups peaches
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoon arrowroot
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ Tablespoons flour
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon powdered ginger
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter melted
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and place into a 11”x7” or 6 cup baking dish.
- Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon and ginger together in a small bowl. Stir in the melted butter. Crumble the topping evenly over the fruit.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
