- Whole wheat mini pitas
- tuna fish + relish
- meatball + ketchup + shredded mozzarella cheese
- shredded cheddar cheese + small cubes of ham
- peperoni + ketchup + shredded cheddar cheese
- shredded carrots + sliced olives + hummus
- Slice open one edge of the pita, pinch the edges to open like a pocket.
