Avocado Lime Sauce

Makes about 1 Cup

Mexican style avocado cream dipping sauce with a splash of fresh lime… perfect for dipping Taquitios or anything else with a Mexican flare!


Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • pinch of cumin
  • pinch of salt


Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix well. Keep tightly covered with plastic wrap in the fridge until ready to serve.
