This is a great rub for grilled fish such as salmon or halibut. This makes about 1/3 cup cup and it goes along way. Keep the leftovers in a spice jar and then you have a great rub anytime you need it. Its also great on grilled chicken!
Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- In a small bowl mix all ingredients together. Liberally rub onto of raw fish. Cook fish according to your recipe.
